Aspen Homes is owned and operated by Tony Libra and Steve Gilliland. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry, their goal is to guide you through the home building process and put your family into the home of your dreams.

Tony Libra

Owner

Tony has worked closely with suppliers, homebuilders, land planners and residential developers for more than two decades. Tony’s passion for home building started as a child and continues today, and he is committed to building your family’s dream home.

A Kansas City native, Tony has degrees from Southwest Missouri State University and The Colorado Institute of Art.



Steve Gilliland

Owner

Steve has over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His resume includes serving the City of Kansas City, Missouri as Construction Manager, as well as being the General Manager for the Shoal Creek Valley project in Liberty.

A Southern California native, Steve graduated from California State University – Fullerton. Before beginning his career in construction, he was an Air Force Crew Chief in the prestigious Thunderbirds air demonstration team.
